After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If we’re unable to fulfill your replacement (no availability), we’ll contact you and issue a refund right away.
If we’re able to fulfill it, you’ll receive a tracking number within 1 week.
Please note: replacements are handmade and may take up to 14 days to produce and ship.

We do not accept returns or refunds for the nail replacement. However, we will replace any nails damaged in transit.
