PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING:

  • Make sure to be clear with which nail you need replaced - a photo is great!

  • After you order, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • If we CANNOT fulfill your order (no replacements available), we will reach out and refund you immediately

  • If we CAN fulfill your order, you will receive a tracking number within 1 week.

  • Note that replacements may take up to 14 days to make & ship.

  • Your requested nails in an envelope
  • If we do not have the inventory/ability to replace your style, we will reach out & refund you immediately
  • If your style is in stock and available, your order is confirmed!

Shipping: 5 day flat rate shipping | U.S. Shipping Only

We do not accept returns or refunds for the nail replacement. However, we will replace any nails damaged in transit.
