Please include all three of the following in your order note:

  1. Nail style

  2. The exact nail(s) that need replacement

  3. Nail size

If any of these details are missing, we won’t be able to fulfill your replacement request.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • If we’re unable to fulfill your replacement (no availability), we’ll contact you and issue a refund right away.

  • If we’re able to fulfill it, you’ll receive a tracking number within 1 week.

Please note: replacements are handmade and may take up to 14 days to produce and ship.

  • Your requested nails in an envelope
  • If we do not have the inventory/ability to replace your style, we will reach out & refund you immediately
  • If your style is in stock and available, your order is confirmed!

Shipping: 5 day flat rate shipping | U.S. Shipping Only

We do not accept returns or refunds for the nail replacement. However, we will replace any nails damaged in transit.
