Return Policy

We are here to help! Bessie offers a 30-day return window. We want you to love our products, but understand if you need a different style. A $5 return label fee will be charged for refunds back to the original form of payment. Bessie only accepts unused and unopened items for returns. 

 

If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us  through email hello@bessienails.com within 14 days of receiving your order. All international orders outside of U.S. mainland must be returned at the expense of the customer.
