- Prep & clean: Lightly buff your nails with the file, then clean them with the alcohol pad.
- Glue or stick on: Use the Sticky Tabs for 1-2 day wears, or the nail glue for 2-3 week wears.
- Press: Press each nail down firmly for 20 seconds.
- Remove: Put 1 drop of remover on the back of the press-on and wait 30+ seconds for the glue to loosen.
- Care & reuse: Clean off leftover glue with the remover, then apply cuticle oil.
